RUFFIN, Presiding Judge.

Following a bench trial, the trial court found Jeffrey Scott Hughes guilty of robbery by sudden snatching. Hughes appeals, challenging the sufficiency of the evidence and the constitutionality of OCGA § 16-8-40 (a) (3). He also claims that he received ineffective assistance of counsel. For reasons that follow, we affirm.
