PARKER, Chief Judge.
This is an application for a writ of mandamus or prohibition to restrain Honorable Wilson Warlick, District Judge for the Western District of North Carolina from entering an order in accordance with an opinion he has rendered, transferring a patent infringement suit from the Western District of North Carolina to the Northern District of Illinois. Plaintiff is a resident of Houston, Texas, and has no place of business in the Western District of North Carolina.
