DECISION AFTER TRIAL ON CONTESTED INVOLUNTARY CHAPTER 7 PETITION

Today, this Court is asked to resolve a bitterly contested involuntary Chapter 7 petition. Unlike most cases however, the principal combatants here are not merely an unrelated group of petitioning creditors versus an alleged debtor. Instead, this seemingly implacable dispute is interwoven with the underlying and increasingly acrimonious business relationship between the three shareholders of the alleged debtor, Brooklyn Resource Recovery, Inc.
