McLaughlin, J., at jury trial and sentence), rendered September 30, 2002, convicting defendant of three counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, and sentencing him to concurrent terms of three years, unanimously affirmed. The matter is remitted to Supreme Court, New York County, for further proceedings pursuant to CPL 460.50 (5).
