GERSHON, District Judge.
The plaintiffs, all members of the Flushing New York Local of the American Postal Workers Union (“Local”), moved by order to show cause, dated April 28, 1997, for a preliminary injunction against certain Local officers and appointed members of the election committee of the Local.
