This is a civil action filed by plaintiff, Theodore Weiss, seeking payment for services rendered to the defendant, G.L. &. H. J. Gross, Inc. The defendant filed a counterclaim seeking repayment of money it had advanced to the plaintiff. The cause was heard by a justice of the Superior Court sitting with a jury.
