OPINION

Plaintiff Degussa Admixtures brings this action against its former salesperson, Defendant Douglas Burnett, and his new employer, Defendant Sika Corporation. After a year-and-a-half of active litigation, including extensive discovery, Plaintiff filed a motion to voluntarily dismiss without prejudice (Docket #40). Defendants filed a cross motion for sanctions (Docket # 41). On September 11, 2006, this Court granted Plaintiffs motion for voluntary dismissal, conditioned on Plaintiffs payment of Defendants’ reasonable attorney fees (Docket # 59). Plaintiff…
