This is a diversity action for wrongful termination of an employment contract. The defendant and third-party plaintiff, Lockheed Missiles and Space Company, Inc. (hereinafter “Lockheed”), moves for summary judgment against the plaintiffs pursuant to Rule 56(c), Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
