BREYER, Chief Judge.

Myriam Laborde-Garcia claims that Puer-to Rico’s Telephone Company, and several of its officials, deprived her of her government job without providing her with the procedural protections that the Federal Constitution requires. Cleveland Bd. of Educ. v. Loudermill, 470 U.S. 532, 105 S.Ct. 1487, 84 L.Ed.2d 494 (1985). The district court entered an injunction ordering the Company to reinstate her, and it denied the individual defendants’ claims of “qualified immunity.” The defendants appeal these orders. 28 U.S.C. § 1291; Mitchell v.
