This is an action for contribution, and the plaintiffs appeal from an order denying their motion to strike defenses and counterclaims.

It is alleged that General Beproductions, Inc. (hereinafter “General”) was adjudicated a bankrupt under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Act, and that prior to September 20, 1972 it ceased to do business owing wages and salaries to employees.
