MEMORANDUM OPINION
CONTI, District Judge.
On November 24, 2009, plaintiff Patricia Wright (‘Wright”) instituted this putative class action by filing a complaint against defendant Owens Corning (“Owens Corning” or “defendant”). (ECF No. 1.) On March 11, 2010, Wright filed an amended complaint and included Kevin West (“West,” and together with Wright, “plaintiffs”) as an additional named plaintiff. (ECF No. 22.)
