SUBSTITUTE OPINION ON REHEARING

We issued our original opinion in this case on February 2, 2012. Appellant filed a motion for rehearing. We overrule the motion for rehearing, withdraw our previous opinion, and issue this substitute opinion.

This is an attempted appeal from two orders signed November 28, 2011. Generally, appeals may be taken only from final judgments. Lehmann v. Har-Con Corp., 39 S.W.3d 191, 195 (Tex.2001).
