Defendant William Dolt III appeals his sentence imposed upon his plea of guilty to possession with intent to distribute and distribution of cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). He raises a single issue on appeal: whether the district court erred when it sentenced him as a career offender pursuant to the United States Sentencing Guidelines.
