MEMORANDUM OPINION

PAUL W. GRIMM, District Judge.

Plaintiff brings this action against her former employer for disability and sex discrimination, failure to accommodate, and retaliation against her former employer. According to Plaintiff, she was subjected to unfavorable treatment on the basis of sex, was not accommodated when she later became disabled, and eventually was fired as a result of either her disability, her gender or her complaints about discrimination.
