The appellant, Torrey Twane McNabb, appeals the circuit court's summary dismissal of his Rule 32, Ala.R.Crim.P., petition for postconviction relief. On January 7, 1999, McNabb was convicted of two counts of capital murder for the killing of Montgomery Police Officer Anderson Gordon.
