Defendants, Danbury Hospital (the “Hospital”) and its for-profit subsidiary, Danbury Office of Physicians Services (“DOPS”), appeal from an order of contempt entered by the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut (Dorsey, J.). The district court determined that Danbury Hospital had violated a 1994 consent decree (the “Decree”) entered into with the individual plaintiffs and their private neonatology practice group, Complete Newborn Care, P.C.
