Kenneth P. Silverman, the Chapter 7 Trustee (“Silverman” or the “Trustee”) of Chief Executive Officers Clubs, Inc. (“Debtor”), seeks an order holding Joseph Mancuso (“Mancuso”) in civil contempt for violating a November 18, 2002 Order (“November 18 Order”) signed by Chief Judge Bernstein.
