BOYD, Justice.

Appellant Timothy Brian Cole brings this appeal from his conviction of aggravated sexual assault and the consequent jury-assessed punishment of twenty-five years confinement in the Department of Corrections. We affirm that conviction.

In attacking his conviction, appellant asserts four points of error. He argues the trial court erred in (1) excluding evidence contained in his bill of exception; (2) admitting hearsay evidence concerning the results of chemical tests performed by an absent Department of Public Safety chemist; (3) failing and refusing to give a limiting charge on…
