SUMMARY
The above-entitled action was brought against the defendants based upon an •alleged illegal restraint of trade imposed by the amended By-Laws of the defendant, Fuquay-Varina Tobacco Board of Trade, Incorporated. The plaintiffs claim that these amended By-Laws are unreasonable and contrary to the provisions of the Sherman Anti-Trust Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1 et seq., and the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C. § 12 et seq.
