JOYCE, District Judge.
This suit is brought under 28 U.S. C..A. § 400 for a declaratory judgment defining the rights and obligations of the parties under a contract between them. The plaintiff is a motor carrier and the defendants are the Union representing plaintiff’s employees and its officers and agents. Jurisdiction is properly invoked because of diversity of citizenship and the requisite jurisdictional amount.
