On the 18th day of October, 1929, the district court of Carter county, Okla., rendered a judgment in favor of the defendant in error against the American National Bank of Ardmore, Okla., Frank Knappenberger, and O. F. Washburn, for the possession of certain described real estate, quieting the title thereto, and for the rental value - of the use and occupation of the land.
