The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor and Industry, Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (Bureau) petitions for review of an order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board), which affirmed a decision and order of a WCJ that granted U.S. Food Service’s (Employer) Application for Su-persedeas Fund Reimbursement (Application).
