Walter B. Harrison instituted a trover suit against

Dr. Stephen Geraazian to recover a Plymouth automobile and hire. A judge of the civil court of Eulton County, trying the case with out a jury, found for the plaintiff. The defendant excepted to the overruling of his motion for new trial.
