Appellant brought suit against the appellee to recover damages arising from an alleged libel published editorially in its newspaper. The paper is published in the first judicial district of Hinds County, and the plaintiff resides in Sunflower County where it is alleged the paper was circulated. There was joined as a defendant a resident of the local county, who, under a contract with defendant, purchased and sold the paper as a news dealer and whose duties required her to augment its circulation locally by procuring new subscribers.
