The appellant is a domestic corporation domiciled in Grenada county, but has a branch bank in Humphreys county. An employee of the appellant instituted a criminal prosecution in Humphreys county against the appellee. The appellee was arrested at his residence in Sunflower county. He appeared before the court in Humphreys county, where the cause was tried, resulting in appellee ’s acquittal.
