David Simmons (“Movant”) appeals from the denial of his Motion to Reopen his Rule 29.15 post-conviction relief proceeding (“Motion”). 1 We dismiss this appeal for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.

Procedural History

This Court affirmed Movant’s convictions for first-degree murder and first-degree burglary and the denial of his 29.15 post-conviction relief motion, after an evi-dentiary hearing in State v.
