MEMORANDUM OPINION

THOMAS E. JOHNSTON, District Judge.

Before the Court is Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss Complaint for Declaratory Judgment [Docket 11]. For the reasons stated herein, the motion is GRANTED.

I. BACKGROUND

The instant declaratory judgment action involves a dispute over health insurance benefits. Defendant Michael Putnam is an employee of Plaintiff Georgia-Pacific Corporation (“GPC”).
