After careful consideration of the record and the assignments of error in the motion for new trial, and the briefs of counsel, we have reached the conclusion that, considering alone the three general grounds of the motion, the court erred in overruling the motion. In this view, it would be a useless consumption of time to deal with any of the numerous special grounds of the motion.
