This is an appeal by Irv Schneider (petitioner) from an order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) affirming a referees denial of benefits to petitioner pursuant to Section 402(e) of the Pennsylvania Unemployment Compensation Law (Law). For the reasons which follow, we affirm.
