Plaintiff Robert Albanese brings this class action 1 against Defendants Portnoff Law Associates (“PLA”), Michelle R. Port-noff, and Dawn M. Schmidt, 2 alleging that they employed deceptive practices and charged excessive fees and costs in their attempt to collect an overdue trash collection fee from Plaintiff on behalf of Lower Mount Bethel Township (“Township”).
