Plaintiff, Prince Carpentry, Inc., has moved for summary judgment in this declaratory judgment action. In *920that action, plaintiff seeks a declaration as to the respective rights and obligations of the parties concerning the various insurance policies allegedly covering Prince Carpentry, Inc. (Prince). The New York State Insurance Fund joins in the request of plaintiff Prince that plaintiff be granted all the relief sought in the complaint.
