Martin, C. J.: Many questions respecting rights as well as remedies have been presented, and very ably argued orally and in the voluminous briefs of counsel, but we have found it necessary to decide only one of them. The underlying question is whether, under the laws of Illinois or of Kansas, the several gifts and advancements made by Daniel Small to his children are to be treated as fraudulent and void as to his widow.
