Appellant, as receiver of a Minnesota corporation, presented, to a county court, a sworn claim- against the estate of R. R. Roberts, -deceased. ' The county court allowed the claim. Upon appeal to, and trial in, the circuit court, judgment, entered upon findings of fact and conclusions of law, -was for the administrator of the estate. From such judgment, as well as from the order denying a new trial, appeal was taken to this court.
