MEMORANDUM & ORDER
SEYBERT, District Judge.
Pending before the Court is a motion to transfer venue made by Defendants Ideal Health, Inc., Todd Stanwood, Scott Stan-wood, Louis DeCaprio, Infobroker, Inc., UIX, LLC, and United Infoxchange, LLC (collectively, “Defendants”). For the reasons that follow, the Court GRANTS Defendants’ motion.
BACKGROUND
