OEIGINAL PEOHIBITION.

Lewis, Circuit Judge.

The Comptroller of the State of Florida, on November 26, 1931, took charge of the Trust Company of Florida, a Florida Corporation, and appointed J. IT. Therrell liquidator of such institution. This appointment was duly confirmed 'by the Circuit Court in and for Dade County.

Shortly thereafter the respondents, Bowman F. Ashe, Frank J. Pepper, John B. Orr, W. Stanley Dodd and P. H. Arthur, formed themselves into a committee and prepared and signed an “agreement” between “those holders of bonds and ownership certificates sold or issued through the Trust…
