This litigation involves a dispute between two securities dealers arising out of the purchase and sale of industrial development bonds. The issue on appeal is whether the district court abused its discretion in denying the appellant leave to amend its complaint. The amendment apparently was intended to defeat the appellee’s motion to compel arbitration of the claims set forth in the complaint by adding nonarbi-trable claims under the Securities Act of 1933.
