FeRguson, Judge:

Tried before a general court-martial convened at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, by the Commanding Officer, 375th Aeromedical Airlift Wing (MAC), the accused was convicted of drawing a weapon against his superior officer, robbery, assault with a dangerous weapon, and assaulting an Air Policeman, in violation, respectively, of Uniform Code of Military Justice, Articles 90, 122, 128, and 134, 10 USC §§ 890, 922, 928, 934. He was sentenced to bad-conduct discharge, forfeiture of $40.00 per month for 24 months, and confinement at hard labor for two years.…
