OPINION

ROBINSON, Judge.

{1} Lady Anne Henning (Plaintiff) appeals from a district court order dismissing her claims against Defendants with prejudice. Plaintiff is a teacher at College Lane Elementary School (College Lane), which is part of Hobbs Municipal Schools (HMS). Defendants are Stan Rounds (superintendent), Debbie Cooper (assistant superintendent), Pam MeBee (assistant superintendent), Stephanie West (principal), and the Board of Education of Hobbs Municipal Schools.
