THIS MATTER comes before the Court on the Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs Complaint for Violation of Statutory, Contractual, and Constitutional Rights, filed .August 10, 2010 (Doc. 3) (“Motion”). The Court held a hearing on October 27, 2010.
