Manuel and Michelle Quintero were charged with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and distribute in excess of 50 grams of methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846 and 18 U.S.C. § 2; possession with intent to distribute in excess of 50 grams of methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and 18 U.S.C. § 2; and conspiracy to engage in money laundering in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1956.
