Before the Court are two motions filed by Defendant, Chris Crider: for summary judgment, pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and to dismiss Plaintiffs freedom-of-assembly claim, pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
