The parties stand in this court in the reverse order of that held in the court below, but in this opinion, for convenience, they will be referred to as plaintiff and defendant, as they stood in that court.
The plaintiff, for her cause of action against the defendant, alleged that for seven years before the commencement of the action she had been the owner of 60 acres of farm land in Green township, in said county, upon which were located a dwelling house, barn, and outbuildings.
