OPINION
JACOBSON, Judge.
Petitioner seeks review of the action of the trial court in denying his petition for post-conviction relief pursuant to Rule 32, Arizona Rules of Criminal Procedure.
After a jury trial, petitioner was convicted of sale of a narcotic drug in violation of A.R.S. § 36-1002.02, and on February 7, 1975, he was placed on five years’ probation. He did not appeal therefrom. After three violations of that probation, all of which resulted in continued probation, petitioner was found to have committed a fourth violation, for which his probation was revoked.
