The plaintiff claims judgment for the entire sum of $4,123.23, while the defendant insists that the finding of a receivership after February 20, 1893, limits the recovery to the sum of $900 then found due. In the consideration of the question thus presented, the only serious difficulty arises out of the indefiniteness of the finding of a receivership.
