This is an action by the plaintiff appellant against the defendants, appellees, to recover from the defendants the sum of $500 on a contract of guaranty. Judgment for the defendants.
The petition originally filed in this ease was entitled “The W. T. Rawleigh Medical Company, now The W. T. Rawleigh Company, a Corporation.” Afterwards the plaintiff, on motion, was allowed'to amend the title of the case by striking out “The W. T.
