OPINION
BROTMAN, District Judge.
Presently before the court is a motion for summary judgment by defendant Mor-dicai Dunst, M.D. For the reasons stated herein, defendant’s motion for summary judgment will be granted.
I. FACTS AND PROCEDURE
A. Prior Proceedings
Plaintiffs commenced a civil action for negligence and medical malpractice against Cooper Hospital/University Medical Center, Doctors Broadnax, McCoy, and Mira-bile, and Nurse Sprout.
