OPINION and ORDER

Plaintiffs were employees of defendant’s residential center for juvenile offenders. The events giving rise to this case unfold from an escape by one of the residents on Christmas night in 2007. Defendant *890placed plaintiffs on paid suspension pending an investigation of the escape, and plaintiffs later filed a complaint against defendant for race and age discrimination and retaliation.
