¶1 Brian Tackett (Brian) appeals from the order of the Nineteenth Judicial District Court, Lincoln County, granting summary judgment to Defendants Holly Arm Duncan, Stephen Stanley, Robert Hemann, and Charles Tutwiler and Associates, Inc. We affirm.
¶2 The issue on appeal is whether the District Court correctly determined that it lacked personal jurisdiction over Defendants.
