VOGEL, Judge.

Defendants-appellants, Kenneth A. Boyer and Stanley Home Products, Inc., appeal from an order of the district court of Barnes County denying their motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or, in the alternative, for a new trial. Boyer was an employee of Stanley and engaged in Stanley’s business at the time of the accident which resulted in the action and subsequent appeal. We will refer to them jointly hereinafter as Boyer.
