Carpenter, J,
On November 28, 1931, Corneal J. McWilliams made and executed a will, by which, after some specific gifts, he gave all his property to The Central Trust Company of Cincinnati in trust for his two sons, John and Paul, until each arrived at the age of twetfty-eight years. That company was also made executor of testator’s will, and he directed the executor-trustee to employ the law firm of Dempsey & Dempsey as its counsel.
